The Amica Group showroom at the Enea Stadium in Poznań hosted participants of the Leaders School at the Poznań University of Economics. The company once again shared its knowledge and experience, continuing its long-standing cooperation with the university and active membership in the Partner Club.

The meeting included both a study visit and a substantive part. Participants started the day with a tour of the showroom, where Zdzisław Wiese, PR Manager of the Amica Group, talked about the company's history, the production process and the development of the brand on European markets.

Then, Maja Rutkowska, HR Director of the Amica Group, gave a lecture on leadership and building engagement in teams. During the workshop, she emphasized the role of authenticity and integrity in leadership, drawing attention to the need for continuous development and learning. She discussed the importance of trust, respect, communication and empathy in building strong relationships in a team. She also drew attention to the need to motivate and inspire employees, which supports building a sense of community and responsibility for striving to achieve common goals.

The UEP School of Leaders is a seven-month competence development program that combines academic knowledge with business practice. As part of this project, students visit companies belonging to the UEP Partner Club, including the Amica Group, and participate in workshops led by experts representing various industries. The program also includes the implementation of business projects, and information about its completion is included in the diploma supplement.

Engagement in the development of young talents and cooperation with the academic community is one of the most important tasks carried out as part of the social responsibility of the Amica Group, which has been supporting educational initiatives and inspiring subsequent generations of leaders for years.
