After 22 years of presidency, Mr. Jacek Rutkowski will assume the role of strategic advisor to the Management Board of the largest Polish manufacturer of household appliances, which is to be led by the previous First Vice President Robert Stobiński. The Management Board is to be additionally strengthened by Ms. Maja Rutkowska, currently a member of the Extended Management Board of the Amica Group. The freshness of the business perspective of the younger generation of managers will be based on a carefully prepared continuation of previous activities.
A General Meeting has been convened for June 11, 2025, during which Amica shareholders will close the issues related to 2024. This is also the day when President Jacek Rutkowski intends to formally hand over the reins of the company to his first deputy.

Mr. Jacek Rutkowski, who has been a member of the governing bodies of Amica S.A. for the last 30 years (Member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board in 1995-2003, President of the Management Board since 2003), intends to actively support the Amica Group as a strategic advisor and in the comprehensively prepared sphere of continuing business activities, providing his knowledge and experience for the management of key operational and development areas.
Mr. Jacek Rutkowski has appointed the current First Vice President of the Management Board for Operations, Robert Stobiński, as his successor, and therefore among the draft resolutions for the next General Meeting is a resolution appointing Mr. Robert Stobiński as President of the Management Board. Mr. Michał Rakowski - Vice President for Finance, Investment, Logistics and Supply Chain and Mr. Paweł Biel - Vice President for Digitalization, Customer Service and Quality are to remain unchanged in the composition of the Management Board for the current term (2023-2027). During the General Meeting, shareholders will also vote on a resolution on the appointment to the Management Board of Ms. Maja Rutkowska, who has been responsible for HR and ESG and corporate communication in the Company and the "Amica" Group so far.
Ms. Maja Rutkowska, the daughter of Mr. Jacek Rutkowski, has been associated with the Amica Group for 10 years. She began her professional career in the purchasing department, advancing from a specialist to managerial positions. Since 2020, she has been the deputy head of the human resources management department, and since 2021, she has been the director of the HR department and a member of the Extended Management Board of the Amica Group. She is also a member of the Sideme Council (Amica's French subsidiary) and a member of the Board of Directors of Gram A/S (Amica's Danish subsidiary). Since 2024, she has also managed Amica's German subsidiary (Amica International GmbH) as General Manager. Mrs. Maja Rutkowska is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, Goethe-Universität Frankfurt and Sciences Po Bordeaux. She is a certified Gallup coach, specializing in developing leaders and building strong and committed teams. Mrs. Maja Rutkowska speaks five languages - in addition to her native language, she speaks fluent German, English, French and Swedish.
Mr. Robert Stobiński was appointed to the Management Board of Amica S.A. in August 2019, initially responsible for digitalization and IT development processes. From 2022, he was additionally responsible for the area of logistics and goods management. In 2023, he was appointed to the position of First Vice President for Operations, whose domain is production. Previously, in 2004-2010, Mr. Robert Stobiński served as the Operations Director of Amica S.A., and before being appointed to the Management Board of Amica S.A., he worked for over 30 years in the area of operations management of distribution, production and trade companies, including: in the positions of General Manager (Operations) of Amazon distribution centers in Poznań, London and Szczecin (2015-2019), Operations Director for Europe at Bundy Refrigeration (2012-2015) and Vice President of the Management Board of Samsung Electronics Poland (2010-2012). Mr. Robert Stobiński is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and Cranfield University UK, he also holds an MBA from the Wielkopolska Business School – Nottingham Trent University.
