1,600 kilograms of cold cuts – packed in 400 packages – were delivered just before Easter to families from Wielkopolska and to children from educational institutions in Poznań, Wronki and the surrounding areas. The campaign is organised by the Amicis Foundation, which, like every year, in spring provides support to those who need it the most.

The Christmas packages went to students of the Special School Complex in Poznań, as well as large families and children from schools in smaller towns. The distribution was handled by firefighters from the Amica Volunteer Fire Department, who have been actively supporting the foundation's activities for years.

  • 100 packages were delivered to Poznań – for families and students of a special school,
  • 300 packages were distributed among residents of Wronki, Nowa Wieś, Biezdrowo, Chojna, Miłków, Lubasz and Lutom.

The spring campaign is a permanent fixture in the Amicis Foundation calendar. Each time, it is accompanied by great commitment, thorough preparations and a genuine need for sharing goodness.

- For us, this campaign is more than just handing out packages. It is a meeting with another person - with their everyday life, worries, but also hope. We often hear that such gestures help not only during the holidays, but stay with people for longer, give them comfort and show them that they are not alone. This is the greatest motivation for us. That is why we approach each edition with great respect - we put our heart, time and energy into it so that the help is real and valuable. We thank everyone who is with us, and the firefighters from the Amica Volunteer Fire Department for their invaluable support and enormous strength in action - says Małgorzata Rutkowska, president of the Amicis Foundation.

In December, the Amicis Foundation traditionally conducted the winter campaign "Gift of the Heart", within which 470 food parcels, 400 cold cuts parcels and 250 sets of toys and sweets were donated. In addition, throughout the year, the Foundation provides support to the charges of educational institutions by co-financing meals and trips for students, organizing donations in kind for local associations, educational institutions or youth sports clubs. The Easter edition of support is another step in building a community based on kindness and responsibility for others.
