On 19 September, the second edition of the "Together, Let's Change" initiative took place, engaging the Greater Poland community in collaborative action. The event involved 15 companies, 2 social organisations, and the City of Poznań, with nearly 200 volunteers, including members of the Amica Group, dedicating their time to improve conditions at the Poznań Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre.
Participants planted nearly 1,000 plants, built benches and planters, created a sensory path, and renovated the facility. These efforts not only enhanced the aesthetics but also created a more welcoming environment for patients and staff, supporting the often lengthy rehabilitation process.
For employees of the Amica Group, participation in initiatives like this is part of a broader commitment to social projects. Through employee volunteering, they engage in various activities, including ecological workshops and support for those in need.

The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Poznań and included participation from companies such as Allegro, Aquanet, and Volkswagen Poznań, in partnership with the NIWA Foundation for Education and Development and the PISOP Centre Association.
